we had a comfy queen room with two beds and loved the brightly lit sink area. the indoor pool and gym were great, and the warm cookies in the lobby were a nice touch! it’s located close to everything we did while visiting family. overall, best western provided excellent service.

the distance from the airport could be a drawback for some.

I had an amazing stay during our recent family trip! The staff was incredibly accommodating and helped us quickly when we needed a cot at midnight. The indoor pool and game room were huge hits with my kids, and we loved the warm cookies available in the lobby. Breakfast featured a great variety, including fresh waffles, which my kids couldn't get enough of! However, I did feel that the hotel could use some updates to the facilities.

The game room offers fun amenities like billiards. Nice complimentary breakfast with good options. The bathroom had moldy caulking. Overall, decent stay, but could use more attention to cleanliness.

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a saltwater pool. I’ll never forget how the staff helped me find a lost jewel on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a cozy stay.

I really enjoyed my stay during which I appreciated the warm and welcoming staff, as well as the solid breakfast spread that got my day started right, and it was super easy to take a few steps to the Crystal Lake Park to unwind after a day of city exploring.

While I enjoyed the indoor pool, the overall cleanliness of the hotel left something to be desired. I noticed trash in the hallways that went unattended, which was off-putting after a long day. Additionally, two out of three vending machines were out of order during my stay, making snack runs a bit of a hassle. The door to my room had a tendency to get stuck, which caused slight inconvenience when trying to enter or exit. Lastly, I noticed some peeling paint in the spa bath that could use attention, and it seemed there was a bit of hair left behind in the tub upon check-in.

Our King Room with Spa Bath was perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring.
